Oregon native Katy Moreland (formerly Daughn) rejoined The DPI Group in 2013 after moving back to the Pacific Northwest from Washington, D.C.
As Chief Legal Officer, Katy focuses on legal issues, compliance, recruitment and retention of staff employees, and various other functions, with the goal of improving DPI’s culture and making sure all of its employees, both staff and associates, enjoy their jobs.
Katy has nearly two decades of experience as an HR professional, in organizations ranging from large, publicly-held corporations to 501(c)3 nonprofits. She holds a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School.
