Harmony Redmond runs The DPI Group’s employment program for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, Meadowlark Employment Services. She works with individuals with disabilities, their families, state and county agencies and employers to help secure employment.
Harmony has more than 10 years of experience in the field of disability employment. She first joined DPI in 2006 as the Assistant Manager of Unified Workforce, a prior incarnation of DPI’s current program. Harmony helped to oversee the transition from a sheltered workshop to a program licensed by the State of Oregon to provide a variety of services.
Harmony has completed dozens of trainings related to the employment of people with disabilities. She holds a bachelors in human development and social sciences from Washington State University.
