The opportunities for funding to scale have never been greater – nor more complex. This deep-thinking panel will look at money from many different angles centered around real life practitioner cases.
» Staffing Up: A Deep Dive on Alternative Staffing Businesses (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, April 16, 2014): The session will begin with a brief overview of the alternative staffing sector. Three seasoned practitioners will weigh in on differences in enterprise structure, community partners, and training and supportive services for job seekers to demonstrate the flexibility of this social enterprise approach. Following that, the room will break into two groups for more in-depth discussion about ‘Starting Up’ and ‘Scaling Up’ an alternative staffing business.
