DePaul Industries has seen major developments on the East Coast, here in the Pacific Northwest, and even abroad. We’re on track to grow even more during 2014 and continue to employ thousands of people with disabilities each year. Due to that, some notable DePaul Industries staff changes are happening.
Katy Daughn, a Human Resources professional with 20 years of experience in the field, will be serving as Vice President of Human Capital. This role is of integral importance during our growth period. Katy will focus on talent acquisition and retention, developing a workable training and learning environment, and the well-being of all DePaul Industries’ employees.
Katy comes to us with a multitude of experience managing functions for organizations that range from large, publicly-held corporations to 501(c)3 nonprofits. She holds a JD from Lewis & Clark. Katy recently returned to the Pacific Northwest from Washington, D.C.
Sarah Royal, our so-dubbed ‘Marketing Lady,’ has been promoted to Director of Marketing & Outreach. She will head up a bonafide marketing & outreach department to better prepare us for expansion. Sarah will oversee the management of DePaul Industries’ brand, marketing strategies, and internal and external communications.
Exciting times are brewing at DePaul Industries, with new developments in food packaging, alternative staffing, and more.
